My name is Alec Bondietti and I created Bondo Counseling in 2024 to provide therapy that actually works. I am a Professional Counselor Associate and supervised by Dan Rothenberg, LCSW.

I believe we all have the inner resources necessary to not only face our challenges, but to thrive in spite of them.

In order to help clients find and develop these inner resources, I primarily use Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) which suggests we change our relationship to negative thoughts and emotions, rather than attempt to change them which is often futile.
